Hey, that's a sweet looking ride!
I'd take it to an alignment shop and have them check out that front end noise, if it's something that got dropped under the hood (if you have an aftermarket cold air intake, for example, whoever installed it may have dropped a socket) it isn't anything to worry about, but if it's something loose in the front end you really want to get that taken care of, and under warranty is best.
As far as the Ford parts replacers...eh, I mean "mechanics"...they couldn't properly track down a rear end wobble to the bubble in the tire that THEY PUT ON THE CAR so I'm not convinced that dealer service is such a huge thing (it just helps keep the warranty active). My warranty is out in another 4000 miles or so.
I hope you enjoy the hell out of that car, I've certainly gotten a lot of enjoyment out of mine.
