I would try Auto -Inspection In Out on Hwy 70. He seemed to be pretty cool and likes Mustangs. I took my car in and he didn't check anything. That is the only shop I know, their number is 828-855-9000. If you post on United Stangs, send Tango (James) a note. He might know a shop.
