    Ford would often use existing parts and modify them for other applications, such as using the same 164T flywheel with a different bolt pattern for the clutch. For sure they were not trying to make it easy for US.

    Thanks for your reply regarding the 351 flywheel One thing that has me scratching my head is that it has the raised casting # of c5ae-6380-e . But on the mustang tek site shows that # but with a C7ae-a stamp. i just want to be sure im using the correct flywheel with the correct balance. Im new into fords so this is all new to me. Im learning though.
