hello.

knock is too much advance. run on is often too much advance. i would simoly retsard bthe timing around 4 degrees and try it again. you should be able to run at least 10 degrees at idle.

if it runs on with maybe 6 degrees or less there is other problems.

Hey buddy.It's terry from canada you helped me with my timing and holley carb issues.I have no vacuum advance and we decided to plug the hose on the dizzy pot and the port on the carb.The car runs ok but i get a little spark knock while driving and a little run on.What would you suggest.
