    Hi Mellow Yellow:

I have an 09 GT with the 4.6 and wish to Powder Coat my valve covers as you did. However my guy who will do the job pointed out something that I should double check on first...On the underside of the LH cover the PCV hose metal intake tube makes a 90 degree and enters the underside of the inner riveted plate. At the 90 degree turn, the tube is housed in a rubber grommet for support.
The oven temperature that is used to bake the power coat is around 400 F - did this level of heat or does this level of heat melt or comprimise the integrity of the grommet?
    Thanks

Good evening Mellow! I know you use to have Katzkin seats (unsure if you still do) and really liked yours ! i was wondering why you have the more Saleen looking seats compared to the rest ? anyways was wondering if you would happen to know anyone with Black/Grey combo ? Looking forward to doing a seat swap this summer .
    thanks so much
    Chris

Forgive my late arrival to the conversation, I am the proud new owner of a 2009 Ford Mustang GT 45th Anniversary Edition. I am aware that there are a few differences between the 45th Anniversary and a standard Premium GT. While they are few, they do exist. I have 18 inch wheels, the Premium has 17 inch, the 45th has some interior appointments that the standard does not.

Be that as it may, I am also a fan of the 2008 Knight Rider series (My plate number is "MY KITT").

My intentions are to modify the stock suspension with Hotchkis parts.

The exterior gets a facelift in the form of a GT500 lower bumper cover and grill. Also, a TruFiber Venom II fiberglass hood. Since it already has 18 inch wheels, I will leave them be.
Can you give me a little direction? Will the Hotchkis parts make the GT handle similar to a GT500KR?

Hey I just scrolled by your wheel sale, I don't know if you are still selling them or not but I am interested. I was wondering what the bolt pattern was and what you wanted to sell them at, my email is sjaffer12@gmail.com. It would be nice to get into contact with you. Have a good one.

Yup it's a great school, don't get me wrong. It's very diverse and you feel like more than just a number, unlike other UC's. It's crazy though, I haven't done any weekend trips to Vegas while I've been out here. It's so close! lol. But, I have one more year then I'll head back home to prepare for my MCAT

That's crazy man, small world! I hate it out here though man. It's good for school because no distractions, BUT, my stang is taking a beating on these Inland Empire freeways.

Sup Man. I'm from Palos Verdes (Near redondo beach area, also 310), but right now I'm living in riverside because I go to school at UC Riverside right now. You stay out in the West LA area?
