I have a 95 gt 5.0 and when I sit with ac on car runs cool but when driving it goes to about half way up on temp gauge. Its alittle backwards I would think it would get hotter when sitting and cool down when moing . I have noe leaks or bad gaskets and new thermastat so Im stumped. I also have flushed system so Please help!!!! Also when ac off car stays cool when driving or sitting.

pretty normal, ac on = fan runs constantly ac off = fan cycles with temp changes

How high of a temp do you get on yours

Mine runs any where from 190 to 205 I have an after market gauge now but when I had the stock gauge it was normal for it to run a little higher than half way up . I don't have ac cause it was deleted , but I know for sure that when the ac is on the fan runs all the time so it will keep the engine temp down a bit. as long as your not out of the normal range on the gauge I wouldn't worry about it.

The faster I drive the hotter it gets like 3/4 or alittle higher. scary but never all the way up. but when stopped at a light or sitting it goes back to under half. backwards I think
