For sale. A unique mustang that was once a SEMA project and race vehicle.<br>
Ford Mustang 2006 GT V8 3V project vehicle that was converted to the first 1 off GT500 wide body kit used for product testing and production run.<br>
vehicle has a custom paint job professional done. <br>
The paint has a unique black high pearl paint with a touch of purple which you can see in high sunlight. <br>
I included a couple of pics from the paint shop.<br>
The hood is an ORIGINAL prototype GT500 hood from ford during pre production of the model back in 2006.

So this is what the Mustang WAS, Not what is is NOW.

I've currently taken this mustang back as much to stock as possible. A majority of the parts have been taken off and the original OEM or brand new OEM parts have been reinstalled.
Here's a list of modifications back to stock.
Suspension:
" Air lift adjustable air bag kit= Removed and stock suspension has been installed. Rear shocks are brand new front suspension has 10,000 miles on it.

Brakes:
" Baer Big brake kit= Has been replaced back to stock front and rear brakes with brand new pads.
Engine:
" Forged internals left as is engine is good up to 750HP which was close to the last dyno numbers.
" Heads= Stock with extrude honed
" FRPP Supercharger= Removed for stock intake.
" Fuel pumps left as is.
" Color matching dupont powder coated valve covers.
" Niche Performance Industries High temp Silicone hose kit.
Exhaust:
" Removed long tube headers for original stock headers and H-pipe. Stock headers have been sand blasted and powder coated titanium to prevent future rusting and corrosion.
" Removed JBA cat back for stock exhaust.
Driveshaft:
" Aluminum coast driveline-= Stock original reinstalled
Rims:
" Left as is though all rims have chrome peel
Tires:
" 90% life race Michelin pilot sport. $500.00 a tire Wheel and tire setup originally cost roughly $6000.00
Speakers:
" Removed most the Rockford Fosgate speakers and amps. The front 8X6 where replaced with upgraded Sony Xplode units. Door sub woofers are stock. Rear speakers are stock Shaker 500. Originally there where 2 4.5" units in the side knee panels. I left them in but currently are disconnected.

So again to be upfront most of all the race and show products have been removed. Items not removed are just because they are to integrated into the vehicle such as the wide body kit and wheel and tire combo.<br>





















The Bad. The rockers panel are showing wear from being hauled on and off trailers and track time. Rims are also showing serious wear from salt on the chrome.

Otherwise this vehicle has a clean title, never broken into, never damaged, never in an accident.
Runs great with only 25,000 on the odometer. The vehicle was driven very little.
We could not reinstall the original steering cooler so we left in the earls race steering cooler.
I've installed brand new windshield wipers, oil change, fluid change. Recently high speed waxed with multiple coats.

All in all I would say that the body kit was originally $5000.00, had another $6000.00 into wheels and tires. $500.00 into the powder coated vale covers and headers. $1500.00 in just parts for the upgraded engine internals. $500.00 on new suspension parts. $5000.00 into the vehicle stripping and paint work using dupont products. No cheap stuff.
