Wow...I forgot all about this thread. The car is just south of Chicago. The price??? I don't know. Make an offer. The plan is for it to end up at Barret Jackson this year, so I'm not trying too hard to get rid of it locally.

The car is flawless inside and out. The paint looks like crap because I used an old *** Sony digital camera. I took the pictures of it on a whim, and didn't have the good camera handy.

I think it's been driven two or three times since that original post. My dad took it to a car show once last year, and the voltage regulator went bad. So it sat for about 2 months. I fixed it one day, went and got lunch with it, washed it, and put it away. I think he drove it one other time, but I'm not positive. So, it's in the corner with a cover on it.

It is a shame, but the car really is too nice to drive around Chicago. People drive like idiots, rocks kick up all over the place. It's enough to give you a heart attack. In fact, the last time I had it out...I got on it a little, ran it though 1st and 2nd, and just as I was about to click it into 3rd, some woman in a rusty *** Hyundai pulled right out in front of me.

So thats why nobody really bothers to drive it.

It's about as fast as a '70 Chevelle should be. If this was 1970, it would really haul ***. But by todays standards...It's not that impressive. It's probably a mid 14 second car, but it's hard to say. I've never hammered on it, and I doubt anyone else has either.
