thanks for the support, and yes i will be making it faster, stronger, better, more expensive, less fuel effiecent, ect that can go on for a while...lol Anyway at this point i dont feel it had anything to do with the tune, i think i didnt have enough fuel in the car, which is a gt tank and twin stealth 340s in it...so i think i just caught air, was lucky not to damage the pump too, cuz those aren't cheep. im moving on to a 5.0 mmr stroker street mod 1000s. currently ill probably be stuck with factory heads and cams due to money, but it will give me a bullet proof bottom on which to push as much boost as the si trim will allow. may not produce the highest numbers but should be over 500 rwhp, just at like 18-20 psi... in any case faster than 350 rwhp allowed. this time ill ask the tuner to just make it super safe, since last time i just told him to wring the crap out of it as much as he felt comfortable doing.
edit: my 60 foot time on the 12.40 was 1.90. also anyone know how the thrust bearing managed to come out? any ideas?

that sucks man but glad to see you are making it stronger, with the mmr motor please do not run their oil pump or any oil pump that they modified they are known to fail run either a melling or ford oil pump

i didnt know that...guess ill avoid that haha. i would worry about whether or not their quality is any good, but i get the feeling reading these reviews(that includes a lot of motor building companys, they all have issues) that most of the issues are in the engine build itself not the parts, and since i build my own motor im not worried about poor assembly. Although i have been thinking about sending it to a local performance shop. But id much rather do local than across the country.

for a faster car the t-56 slows you down too, its more parasitic loss, coming from heavier transmission and more gears. Now that being said you can probably gear it in certain ways to reduce what you lose, but bottom line you will have less to the wheels. Get used to it now you wont hate it laterssss... lol example: I lost .4 on the quater mile time and 2ish mph on my na set up. My buddy has a turbo stroker fox, he put in the big boy t-56 from d and d i believe and he lost .2 in the quarter, dont remember the mph. Power doesnt matter just sucks more of it up so the more you have the less you care. i cared when it was NA but then i went 12.4 with it and an sc and honestly if i coulda run an 11.9 with the 5 speed great, but i was happy with 12.4 haha
