I've got to pass emissions here in San Diego California and I'd like to know if this intake on my car is either the stock intake with the box removed/missing or if this is some type of aftermarket intake.

If this is just a stock intake with the cover/box missing, anyone got a spare one to sell me?

That is a stock intake with the box missing. It should pass emissions with no issues (related to the intake). If someone tries to fail you because of it, you need to find another place to go.

Also from the looks of it, that filter is too big to fit in the stock air box, hence why it was probably removed. Just an FYI when you do get a box that you will need a new air filter.
