Rough/No Idle

Rough/No Idle
I have a 94 cobra with trickflow heads, ford racing headgasket, Ford F cam, Mac long tubes and xpipe, flowmaster muffler, and the 89-93 cobra intake. I have an SCT chip and just had it retuned to help fix this issue with no luck.
When I first start the car it will immediately die or the idle will surge from 300 RPM to 1300 RPM. All I have to do is tap the gas once and it will correct itself. It also dies when the AC is on. When I push the clutch in the RPMs drop so fast that it cant catch itself. I have adjusted/checked the TPS, cleaned the IAC. I found the the ignition control module was not secured to the vehicle which was not allowing the heat distributor to disburse the heat properly. I secured that and even bought a new one. When I had it tuned the tuner had the Laptop in the car and we noticed that the timing would randomly spike really high while driving and when idleing. this is about the time that it would die. He said it could've been the ICM but I replaced it with no luck. It has an MSD distributor that is fairly new. Any help would be great.
Thanks
