I hate that saying, mainly because it is bullcrap. The Army is full of theives, I know, I have had to deal with them for the past 7.5 years. At 8 years, I know that you know this fact, and if you didn't before, you do now.

On a second note, I do hope that you manage to get this up and running with out costing an arm and a leg, I know the guys a KB love military guys, so I hope they can help you out.

I hate it too thats why I put it up, its your typical excuse and yeah I know the Army is full of them Ive had to deal with them on every single deployment. I figure I can still get this thing up and running for preatty cheap still, I mean I have a blower and an intercooled manifold its just the aux stuff that I have to peice together. Still I would have rather have known about it before I purchased it.

and that is the exact sort of thing I was hoping to help someone avoid.

obviously this piece of **** knew something was up and he wasn't selling an entire kit. the lying worthless sack of jizz pawned it off on you and deserves to have his *** beaten to a bloody pulp.

worthless. truly a waste of skin

have you tried doing a paypal dispute against him? he sold you a "complete kit" right?

you didn't receive a complete kit. and it was damaged. I would open a dispute. He has I beleive 45 days to address and correct your concern. If he doesn't respond, then Paypal will automatically side with you and refund you.

or

if you paid via a Credit Card, dispute the charges. almost all Credit cards have protection clauses for purchases. I would fight this tooth and nail. even if it meant returning the setup to that POS.

You can grab a Roush M90 for $4,300 right now. pulley + tuning will get you 420-450 with the normal supporting mods

hell, you have his address and name. If nothing else works, send him a certified "signature required" letter stating your intent to sue him in small claims court.

that will evoke a response. go for the amount you paid + filing fees. Bend the little bastard over and ruin his ****ing year

edit: or go through the good ole' boy network. both Army right?
we have an informal network in the Navy among the E-7's. see if your Sgt (or whatever you call 'em) can locate the asshat. then have his E-7 talk to him about his actions
motivation people. don't take it lying down

Honor and integrity have definitely walked out the window with this guy.

+1 on what Tylus is saying... One thing I learned while serving is if you catch a thief, he better look like a caught thief when taking him to the command... lol
