No rush. According to MgW they made a coarse thread and a fine thread shifter. I have an awesome custom shift know from my kids that fits the factory shifter, not just being particular. Thanks and let me know.

IIRC the D/S are not interchangeable between MT and AT due to how they connect to the output shaft and the gear flange (mostly the output shaft)

Yes im 99% sure the drive shafts for manual and autos are the same.

Ok, for those who need to know. I have both shift handle shafts, fine and coarse threads. 12mm x 1.25 and 12 x 1.75
