Its just too much car for me and my brother.
Dad really loved it and we would like to see it go to someone who wouldn’t put it to use as a daily driver. He drove it hard to know what it could do but he wasn’t doing any street racing in his late 60’s. It’s only been into the city a handful of times in the last ten years.
It has always been driven regularly and I have been keeping Stabil in it when he stopped driving it. The tires were replaced in 2019 for signs of dry rot and the fuel pump went out last winter when I topped off the tank. It’s got a small dent from Dad splitting firewood too closely.
The original owner made several modifications, exhaust, computer etc. My brother knows those specifics but the owner gave dad the factory parts, which are included. Dad had the computer detuned a little because it even scared HIM. They only made 1,064 of them in black.
I’ll take $21,500 if I don’t have to fix it that in tank fuel pump!
Sorry for the filth and paw prints. It really does clean up well and I have always kept it that way when I could back it out of the driveway. I noticed a tiny nick on the front clip somewhere last summer. There is also some slight oxidation on the engine because it has never been detailed.
The dent on the fender flare is not as deep as it looks in the photos.
We are near Sutherland Springs Tx, near San Antonio.

It’s alive again!
Im less motivated to sell it now that I have found a capable technician who can deal with the modern witchcraft associated with these beasties. However I am still looking for a new “caretaker” for it at $22,000.
The invoice for the CCRM replacement and digital sorcery.....
The tank is very clean inside as discovered when I unnecessarily replaced the fuel pump.
