No spark? Whats your problem. What makes you think its the ignition causing your problem.

Car will run good for a little while then start to run like half of its power and the fuel pressure is fine.

The car will start fine and it doesnt backfire at all. It just runs for awhile and then starts to be very sluggish like i have no power.

Check the inside of the dizzy (as Ikeybmg suggests), a bad stator sensor/pickup coil or shaft bushing/bearing can also cause that problem....any funny indications on the tach (jumping needle, etc)?....what about the exhaust?...OEM, aftermarket, still have cat cons installed?

my idle usually never stay still like varies from 900 to 1100 and thats all the needle jumping that i know of. The exhaust is o/r h and flowmaster 40's. Is there any way to see if the bad stator sensor/pickup coil or shaft bushing/bearing are bad?

Suggest you start by doing a DIY KOEO/KOER self-test first...if you don't have a miss, hard-start, no-start symptom, the problem might be elsewhere (TPS, MAF, ECT, ACT, wiring, O2's......). The codes scan will help in starting the process to id what might be causing it. Since you mentioned the idle problem also, check this DIY " 5 maintenance steps" to help in correcting it (includes the MAF cleaning procedure).

To check the dizzy for excessive shaft play, you would have to remove it....one sign of a possible problem with the bushing/bearing, is the presence of rust-like debris under the vanes rotor and the stator sensor.

Let us know if you run the codes tests, and which ones show up. GL

I know I'm resurrecting the dead here... but I have tried to find a definitive answer for this exact problem to no avail... what ended up being the problem philly?
I have thrown almost every part at this problem and can't figure it out...
