Default Paint job question.....

Don't know if you guys could give me an idea on this. 92 hatch I am looking at has a small amount of hail damage, and needs a new red paintjob. No rust, body is straight otherwise. Just curious what a rough estimate on a full new red paintjob would run.....I know, I can't get a real quote here, and all companies are different. Just looking at a rough estimate on what it would cost. I believe 95% of the dents from the hail could be paintless removed.....

a paint job can run anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand and more. it really depends on the quality of the job. this is one area where i will promise, you get what you pay for. a paint job that cost $500 will look like just that. i spent over 10k on the last car i had painted and havent regretted it yet. there was no body damage but it was a very extensive process. (had some things shaved and was comletly disasembled)
hope this helps

Just stripping the old red paint, and pulling a few dents, then painting it red again and maybe doing the side stripes black is all I am wanting....

Red is always the most expensive color of paint to buy anyway.....

Dude it's all a matter of how much you like the car and what your willing to spend. I say spray bomb it flat black and spend the money on go fast parts.

Eh, I am happy with the car stock. Too many other hobbies to spend TOO much. But I would want a GOOD paint job. Not show quality, but good. Like B- material.....
