for that high of numbers go turbo or twon turbo and be done with it
Well, some guys want to beat those cars N/A. And its really something when a all motor, no power adder car can outrun a s/c'd or turbo'd car.

Different strokes for different folks.

Plus he's wanting to beat his dads 99 Cobra, they're the None supercharged Cobra's so motor to motor is what he's after.

i think there some good info here guy's...alot was thrown out,and like this person said he's not familiar with parts..

intakes....edel/holley/trickflow top three...cannot go wrong either way
heads.....afr/trickflow/brodix
cams.....lunati/trickflow/and there's custom
blocks....outside of dart/manowar/dss level20.....stock.....just put some forged lite pistons,and maybe a girdle...any more is just a waste.

like i said any manufacture listed you cannot go wrong with..

Personally I would just do heads/cam/intake and a mild supercharger. That could be done for close to 5g, prolly a touch more depending on the parts you pick, and it would give you the streetability and HP numbers that you want.

Comp Cams and Crane Cams are also good brands, both make many cams for different applications.

ah really? I hope to have good luck, I went with the Steeda #19 Camshaft, and after I got it I noticed that it is indeed built by Crane.

You have a ****ing cobra. Get a Tune and chip, forge the internals and get a 100 shot of NOS and you'll be about 370.

Get a Powerdyne S/C....with stock internals and 10 psi of boost with a good tune.....you can hit 400 hp for under 2g's........Just my 2 cents
