the trans is a built T-5 with all the g-force internals.it is not faceplated. it is the helical cut synchronized set-up.should be good for 550+ hp.
new King Cobra clutch kit,
and pro 5.0 shifter.
factory stock flywheel
pro 5.0 shifter.

this combination will easily run deep in the 11's. and has a 6800 rpm shift point.it is setup to run N/A but it'll easily run in the low 10's with a small 100 shot.

yes i would seperate the motor for $2300.
that will include everything from the carb to the oilpan, except the alternator and alternator brackets. i will however throw in the red throttle cable brackets and the red fuel pressure reg. bracket with the regulator and braided lines to the carb.

I'm wondering why the alternator and brackets wouldn't be included for a "complete" engine? Also what about the MSD ignition box and coil? Or headers?

no coil,no ignition box and no headers for that price. and the reason i'm not including these parts as they are not part of the motor. i'm including the motor from carb to oil pan for $2300 and i think thats a very fair price for a 425 hp motor. where else can you find a complete 425 hp motor thats virtually new for that kind of money?
keith craft racing offers a 306 with only 375 hp for $5475 thats 3100 more dollars for less hp.
they offer a $450 hp 347 for $6475 and 4100 more then mine for only an additonal 25 more hp.
the cheapest place i can find a complete crate engine most everything i'm including is coast high performance. they have a 347 with 420hp for $6100, they also offer longblocks for a little less for around $5100 and they don't include, an intake, carb,rockers,cam,pushrods,oil pan,distributor,plugs,wires. all they come with is a shortblock and cylinder heads.
$2300 is a smokin deal. if you want those other parts i'd be happy to sell them at an additional cost.
