where about in the chicago area? its a pretty big place. i live just north of Naperville or Aurora in Wheaton. i could ask around tomorrow at school if u want? UTI kinda has the hook up with that kinda stuff

i live in chicago and dont know of any shops around here. if you find any let me know. The closes shop that i think exists is a ford racing parts dealer some where in illinois and i thing they do installs but not sure if they have a dyno.

i kno of plenty of places that have dynos if that just what ur lookin for but as far as being able to tune the car also i dont think that they would b my choice. AMS performance or w/e is one place. great facility but they dont really specialize in anything like what we have but if u put money in their face im sure they'll let u use the dyno. and Sound Performance is another place. but like i said, just give me a litlle bit and im sure i can find a few places or at least somthin to point u in the right direction

thats what i meant. why my cousin just finished at uti. plenty of places have dynos but its hard to find a good tuner in this area if you do a more significant mod. there used to be a machining place called Speed Shop but its full of old timers that mainly work and chevys and im sure they couldnt give a **** about EFI engines.

I go to uti right now, and kinda wanna get my foot in the door at a shop. Even if its just cleanin up **** or answering calls.

highperformance shops in the Chicago Area, but these are the ones I
associate myself with.

Whites Pit Stop in Lansing, IL. They are a high performance parts distributor.
One of their cars was featured in 5.0 magazine a couple months ago.
