Absolutely, No question Ford Type F Automatic Transmission Fluid is to be used.

Rear the Dip Stick, Says right on there.

If you have a Thompson/TRW Pump and it is working on Synthetic Fluid, Dexron, New Ford PS Fluid, You have a Pump with a VEIN internal parts. They are being put in Some pump when rebuilt, and will work with the thinner "Power Steering" Fluids.

Folks think--Oil is Oil----No way>
