Default 06 4.6 3v Swap To 99 GT 4.6 2V

I located a 06 Explorer 4.6 3v engine I would like to swap in to my 99 GT 4.6 2v.
The GT is a 5 speed w/ 327 gear w/cold air intake, Mac X pipe, and Diablo Pedator programer. I would like to retain all the performance parts, the stock computer and the Diablo Programer to tune the engine. I wecome any information, parts list, and links you may have. I'm on a tight budget so I need all the help I can get ASAP because I will need to purchase the engine before its sold.

THANKS
CMW

loganmotorsports.com 3v adapter kit.

i don't know whats different with the explorer motor though (like intake manifold, throttle bodies, etc...) but that will start you off. your going to atleast need that kit to adapt 2v exhaust.

Unless you are doing all the work to it yourself, you probably wont save any money doing this. did your motor go bad, or is this a performance upgrade?

Default performance swap

No problems w/2v engine w/55000 miles, just want to upgrade to 3v engine w/12000 miles @ $1200 for complete assy intake to pan and includes stock wiring harness. I will be doing all the work.

Default THANK YOU!

This forum ROCKS! You people are a valuable asset to the Ford performance scene. Please continue to leave any info or opinions you may have.
Don't forget I'm on a strict budget.

UPDATE: I did purchase the 3v engine and I will be looking for some bargain cheap and/or donated parts. Parts I will need the GT upper intake, Cobra TB with bracket, throttle cable, cruise control cable, Ford Racing M-14464-A8 adapter for the injectors, Mac long tube headers, power steering and alternator brackets and maybe you have Logans SN95 3v kit or BBR cam lock outs that you purchased that you not be using because you went another route.

I could be selling my 4.6 2v engine w/57k when I get done with the 3v swap. The stock engine is near perfect, never raced, and has always been on a synthetic oil diet. I live in the Panama City, FL area, if you are interested you could hear the engine run or maybe take a ride to check it out.

THANKS
CMW

Seems awful risky for someone on a tight budget.
