"Side Scoops" removal

Little help over here, how do you remove the rear 1/4 SIMULATED SIDE SCOOPS/ornaments/emblems On a 65?

(Far left is the ones are for the 65)

Remove interior panel (after removing the back seat), remove the nuts from the trim pieces.
