Flickering lights!

Flickering lights!
All of the lights in my 2000 Gt flicker when the headlights are on. Dash lights, brake lights, dome lights, headlights, tail lights, fog lights, everything! What could cause this? I've had my alternator and battery tested and they are just fine

Check the battery terminals and ground straps.
With the engine running and the headlights on check the voltage between the + battery post and the positive battery clamp. It should be 0.0V or very close to 0.0V--if it isn't you have poor connection between the post and the terminal clamp--fix it;
Then check the voltage between the battery ground post and the ground clamp, it too should be 0.0V or close--if not fix it;
If both of those readings are good then check between the battery + post and the generator output terminal, once again this should be 0.0V, maybe 0.2V tops--if it's not then you may have a poor connection at the generator terminal, or a damaged wire 'tween there and the battery;
If that's good then check the voltage between the battery ground terminal and the engine block. It also should be 0.0V, maybe 0.2V. If not check the ground straps. There is a fat one from the battery to the block, just aft of the oil filter adapter, that seems to corrode/come loose on some cars.
One other possibility is that the Battery Junction Box feed is bad, check the voltage between the battery and any of the fuses in the box--it should be 0.0V or close as well.
How were the battery and generator tested, was it a high amperage load test?

Or go to Harbor Freight and buy one of these puppies. I've had mine for at least 10 years and have had it so hot you could cook and egg on it more than once; they are often on sale for $50...
