MAP = speed density setup
BAP = Mass air setup

MAP = Manifold Air Pressure
BAP = Barometric Air Pressure

The sensors themselves are the same internally. The BAP has a little plastic thing over the port so a vac line won't fit on it but again they are interchangeable.
