I'm definitely going this year, although since I'm taking the entire week off Wednesday through Wednesday I'm going to make it into an official vacation, will head down Friday morning and spend the entire weekend, maybe visit Hershey Park or something and head back up Monday. Was only $200 for a 3 night hotel booking thing. Should be fun

Ok, it is only a couple weeks away already. Who from up here in New England is definitely heading down to the show and when are you going? We are heading out from RI early morning (5am) on Saturday 8/11.

i'm heading out early saturday morning as well...but thinking about hitting six flags in NJ, then drivng to a motel in PA to crash for the night, then head to the show in the AM...that's not a set in stone plan though lol...just something a friend and i are thinking

You have to get there pretty early on Sunday. Last year they were planning on parking the cars according to year groupings but so many showed up, the traffic jam got huge and started to clog the highway quite a distance away. So the parking plan was abandoned and it was pretty much a free-for-all LOL. They also originally had a registration tent, like at local shows, that you would drive up to and get your stuff, but after it became a traffic jam, you just parked and had to walk up.
There were 622 stangs last year and it will be more this year.
