Search around and find a good top installer, they should be able to guide you in the right direction. A conv top is a specialty, the wrong person working on it can really screw it up.
Never take it to a dealer unless they have a separate conv dept.

If you are a DIY kinda guy, give this a try:

Yea, it's been raining a lot around here. I actually changed my entire top myself (both parts)... took a few days from start to finish.

How did it go? Does it still leak?

Hey.

Did you find it out?
You got a same problem with me?

My car save a lot of water in passenger rear floor.

first of all, I just thought that It must be sealing problem around windows.

But it's not.

And next I'm suspecting the quartor seal. But It was also wrong..

Today I searching a lot of article in google.

finally I got it!!!

It just skirt!!!!Can you belieave that?

After rain.. Skirt save a lot of water in here. futher more it will be flood at back seat. you can see the hole when lift your backseat.
The water came over here!! I'll make a hole under my skirt tomorrow.

And Here's original article link.
GOOD LUCK!!

I'd take it to someone who works on tops and can water test it. Blue Sky Custom in West Caldwell did my top and the guys there know there stuff and are nice. They might be able to give you advice if they're run into the same problem.
