So I barely finished upgrading to 4.10 gears the other day and my speedo is off. I have hear to either get my computer flashed or changed the speedo gear in the transmission for 20 bucks. I have heard that changing the gear is not a perfect fix and can still leave the speedo off 10 mph. I dont want that though. My question is can they even flash my computer its obD1 MY CAR is a 95 gt automatic. what should I do here change the gear or have it flashed if I can. will the tranny gear fix the speed?

i think you have to do the gear

Yes, just change the gear, go to Latemodel Resto and get the one for your gear ratio. Your speedo will be close.

could you link me the one i need I have not seen the 25 tooth one I have seen only a 23 tooth.
