Exclamation Replacing my Cylinder Heads? Should i get new Cams?

First of i would like to thank you for taking the time to read this post.
I am new to the site and this will be my first post.
Let me start off by informing you that i am by far no mechanic so some terminology i may get wrong.

I have a 2001 Mustang GT with the following basic bolt ons:
Cold Air Intake
70mm Throttle Body
Intake Plenum
Steeda Underdrive Pulleys
and with a SCT Tuner and Electric Cut outs for exhaust.

Today i was informed by my mechanic that i will be needing a new cylinder heads. This is where the part of me not being a mechanic comes in, apparently the thread on my spark plug gave out leading to the expulsion of my coil. He tried to re tread but it appears to be too damaged. (BTW can this could be fix another way?)

But i took this as a sign of the mustang gods for me to put some well deserve upgrades into my mustang, but would like to know the best way of going about things.

I plan on going with the PI Cylinder Heads but would like Comp Cams as well, is there a somewhere i can get them both assembled prior because as it stands now; when i order the PI heads i get production cam shafts and since there is not anything necessary wrong with my original cams i would end up with 2 sets of cams with no use to me. That's is my first dilemma.

Unfortunately (in this case), Ford Racing PI heads only come fully assembled as far as I know. I think you can buy some aftermarket heads without cams though.

Thank you.
OK i will look for some. For some reason that never occurred to me.
It was really late when i was writing this.

By chance you wouldn't know where to acquire some?

AM finally replied back to me and told me the same thing.(3 days later)

Are the PI heads an upgrade in within themselves, that will justify me not getting cams?
Although I kinda want to take advantage that i have the to replace them.

If i don't get cams should i get gears instead?

I've heard/they say the frpp PI heads have more spark plug threads and one of the camshafts has a slightly different part number than OE but performance wise they should/will be the same as OE.
