That is exactly what they are sold as.

Something with the VIN is flagged. Dealers aren't supposed to even issue a temp tag for one.

The cars dont have a VIN, only a part number/serial number. You cant buy it and register it thru the dealership. You have to register it on your own after you buy. Kindoff like the sand rails and the other stret legal race cars that are out there.

I am sure this is an incredible car and probably worth every penny to the right owner. However, for that cost, I would have to be looking at a used ZR-1 corvette.
