Front Air Dam / LED Running lights

Hi Everyone -

I'm trying to install these:

Does the front air dam come off without removing the front bumper? I didn't see anything obvious for removal and wanted to inquire prior to trying to remove it. Thanks!

Did they not come with instructions?
I thought LMR was better than that.

No, they come w/ a template to drill the holes, that is it. I mean it is a straight forward install, less the fact of the chin spoiler removal.... I suppose I will have to tear it apart.
