So I bought a new fox and this intake is on it. They do not have the pcv hooked up so I wanna try to figure this intake out and get all the lines and vacuum lines strait. So my question is, what kind of intake is this? If this is in the wrong section, then please move it to the right one.

You have the right idea. Get a longer runner intake and you find a whole lot of lost torque. That is if it is a short deck engine.
