Default Anyone else have trouble with BBK subframe connectors???

I have a 92 mustang gt. I have the BBK subframe connectors part # BBK-2542 on summit. When I went to mount them, my floor boards were in the way and wouldn't allow them to be mounted properly. I would line up the front bracket, but in the rear it was way off. I bet it was a good 3-4 inches to go yet for the end brackets to mount onto the frame. I was wondering if anyone else has ran into the same problem. I was going to bolt them in and then send it out to get welded on. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
