Default Tire Dilema, What Should I do Now?

So I currently have Nitto NT555 285/40/18 on a 18x9 rim, very little bulge.

I wanted to have a taller tire since I have 4.10 gears. I have H&R super sport springs, the clearance from my rear quarter panel to top of the rear tire is 1 inch (with no passenger) The springs are pretty stiff, I have only had the tire rub the quarter panel 2 times in 3 years, and that was with heavy turns or bumps with a passenger also.

I have had 3 people in my car numerous times with no scrubs. I really want Nitto NT05's. I found them in 295/45/18. I know the tires will fit easily. However the tire height currently is 27 and with the tire that I want it will be 28.47 and the sidewall height will go up .74. which i believe is 3/4 inch. Leaving me with 1/4 inch to play with in gap. Am I right here or wrong?

I have 5 options.

Option #1. Get Nitto NT555's again. 285/40/18 Same Size

Option #2. Get Nitto NT05r's. 285/40/18 Same Size

Option #3. Get Nitto NT555r's. 285/40/18 Same Size.

Option #4. Get Falken Azenis RT-615k. 295/40/18

Option #5. Get Nitto NT05's. 295/45/18 (RISKY)

I really want the NT05's for option #5 but I want to know if thats logical in any way.

Thanks everyone.
