Default 4.6 gt 55k seems like it's loosing power

I have an 03 gt. Seems like it's running slower, a sec slower in the 1/8. No engine light, no stalling. No noticeable issues. Has anyone had this issue or have an idea what it might be?

Run a compression check and see what you have

Don't forget the simple stuff, did you get fuel from a different place how long has it been since the fuel filter and or air filters have been changed, it may surprise you how much performance lost you can get with dirty/old filters maybe even check the spark plugs

Well two months ago i changed my spark plugs with motorcraft plugs, same day i changed the fuel filter. I also changed the air filter for a bbk filter. Ever since then the car struggles to start and doesnt run the same.

i would just start with the process of elimination, take the air filter off, go for a ride see if there is any difference, you can put a fuel pressure gauge in (after the filter) and measure the PSI to make sure there are no concern with a clogged filter or fuel pump issue. Pull the plugs and inspect them (could be cracked), make sure the COP are on all the way. Good luck

Not trying to insult you, but did you install the fuel filter in the proper direction? Just trying to help.
