Default fast efi with a supercharger

I am building a 331 bottom end and I'm thinking. How about using a fast efi with a supercharger?
Would it be a total waste of cash? Would I be better with a Ford Motorsports 363?
I want to do something bad *** but different.

I'd build a na 363, not get a ford racing build. You can get more power for your money, though the FMS comes with a warranty.

As for a s/c, it depends on which EFI, the XFI or Sportsman (new) yeah...well, I think on the Sportsman you can.

i would just run a supercharger and a holley. i use the novi's.

my friend had one model of fast efi in his 11 second car and it ran slower with the efi than without. they suspected that it could not program itself fast enough for drag racing. a supercharger might overwhelm that particular model.

if you build it to run around 12 lbs boost at around 6200 rpm it will be quite peppy.
