Default Inspection issues

So Im trying to get my 03 GT inspected in NY and Ive run into some issues. Car currently is showing the following codes: P1000, P0420, P0430, and P0130. Current exhaust set up on the car is BBK LT headers, catless h-pipe, borla catback. I'm aware that all but the P1000 code are the results of my exhaust mods. My question is what are my best options for trying to get my Mustang inspected?

since the P0420 P0430 codes indicate down stream 02s on both banks, and you have code P0130 indicating there is a problem with the 02s. Catless H-pipe is most likely not going to fly at the inspection if they do a visual under the car. The P1000 is simply becasue the PCM was reset by disconnection of battery or somthing along that line and the car simply needs to complete the Ford Drive Cycle. IF all they do is look to see if your CEL is illuminated , you may be able to have someone take out the down stream 02s with a tuner . That should fix the CEl codes other than the P1000 to do that you need to follow the below procedure.

Okay my next most foolish question does anyone know if Bama can tune out those codes and if so will it cause issues when they hook my car up to a scanner?

After doing some reading, on line it apears that the obdII not ready or p1000 code can also be caused due to the downstream 02 sensors not passing.

You could contact bama tune and maybe they could guid you , but I have read where alot of guys had trouble with the canned tunes , and a true dyno tune was the only option.

There is that other option of putting the stock mid pipe and cats with downstream sensors back on the car just to pass inspection.

As Dawson1112 stated:
SCT tuner will eliminate check engine light, MIL eliminators will do the same. I would try to avoid a visual inspection if possible.
Most states will fail for any check engine light on.
