Default Code 136

So today i was messing around with my header leak and ended up banging on the drivers side o2 sensor a few good times at the neck. Anyways go for a drive and within 5min i get the CEL. Come home run KOER test and got a 136. No other codes. HELP. Did i screw over my o2 sensor?

you probly broke the ceramic insulation inside the sensor, at least you know what you did wrong lol .
